A partnership over time

Depending on the subject & scope, regular coaching sessions will be scheduled over a predefined period of time. During these sessions of about 1 hour-time, a coach will be by your side partnering with you in a thought-provoking and creative process to unlock possibilities towards your desired goal.

The success of a coaching process depends on many factors : the complexity of the subject, the commitment of the coachee, the partnership length , etc. On request, we can also provide aggregated & anonymous report, thus maintaining the confidentiality of the discussions between the coach & the coachee.
